Beliefs about God

There is one living, loving, all powerful God who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus is the sinless son of God, sent by the Father to live on the earth. He is fully God and fully man.  Jesus willingly laid down his life on the cross and after three days rose from the grave. As a result, Jesus fulfilled the payment for the world’s debt of sin.

The Holy Spirit was sent by the Father and the Son to convict the world of sin and to empower all who believe in Jesus Christ. He lives in every believer and is a constant helper, teacher and guide.

Beliefs about people

God created people in his image to live in a loving relationship with Him.

All people sin and need God’s forgiveness.

Those who confess and turn from their sin, trusting in Jesus Christ, will be forgiven and saved by God’s undeserving love and kindness and become children of God with the promise of eternal life.

Beliefs about The Bible, The Church and Christ's return

Jesus Christ is the head of the Church, all those that believe in Him are members of His body.

The Bible is the inspired word of God and is the ultimate authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

As the Body of Christ, we are equipped with the gifts of the Holy Spirit for the work of service and to build up the body of Christ.
